AMK's Inspired Recipes

Here are some tried and true recipes from my kitchen to yours in an easy to find format! Actually, even better, a COUPLE easy to find formats! First, you will see recipes by name, then by picture for you visual folks out there:)

What makes these recipes unique yet oddly familiar...

Many of my recipes are what I like to call "Make-Shift" recipes. You know the ones, you have a random assortment of food in your frig, pantry and cupboards and need to make dinner happen STAT. I like creating meals that not only use what you have, but to mix things that you wouldn't necessarily think to put together. Nothing crazy..ok, maybe a little at times:)
